3. User Accounts

While we advertise unlimited storage for certain subscription tiers, we reserve the right to:

• Monitor account activity for patterns indicating automated or abusive behavior
• Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts suspected of using automation scripts, bots, or other automated means to save content
• Implement rate limiting or other protective measures to prevent system abuse
• Block or limit accounts that we determine, in our sole discretion, are being used in a manner that could harm the Service or other users
• Request verification of human interaction if unusual patterns are detected

Fair Use Policy: While storage may be unlimited, usage must be reasonable and for personal or legitimate business purposes only. Mass scraping, automated bulk saving, or any activity that places excessive load on our systems is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.

We implement these measures to protect the Service from fraud, ensure fair access for all users, and maintain system performance and reliability. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms without prior notice.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, process, adapt, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to use all User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights
• Your User Content complies with these Terms

We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for its accuracy or reliability.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription plans including Free and Premium tiers. Features and limitations vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

6.2 Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Billing occurs at the beginning of each subscription period
• You must provide accurate and complete billing information
• You must promptly update payment information if it changes

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new Premium subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable after the 14-day period. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds at our discretion.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase affecting your subscription.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hulbu and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Create derivative works based on the Service
• Use our trademarks without permission

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The Service will be free of viruses or harmful components
• The results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

You use the Service at your own risk. We are not responsible for any content accessed through the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HULBU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your account or data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• The deletion of, corruption of, or failure to store User Content

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hulbu and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content
• Any harmful acts toward any other user of the Service

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the Service. Upon termination, we will delete your User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
